- Can foreigners buy property in Turkey? Yes. Citizens of most countries can own residential and commercial property outright in most areas, except designated military zones and subject to area limits.
- How much for Turkish citizenship by investment? At least USD 400,000 in property by official valuation, held for a minimum of three years. One purchase covers the spouse and children under 18. Dual citizenship is allowed.
- How long does citizenship take? Typically around three to six months from completed purchase to passport.
