Vadi Premium, also marketed as Vadi Premium Residence, is a single-block residential project by Emre Yapı on Cendere Caddesi in the Hamidiye neighbourhood of Kağıthane, Istanbul. The developer describes a 12-storey building on a 4,500 m² plot, with homes from 44 m² to 133 m². Sales material published in 2025 and 2026 puts the total at 86 independent units in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 layouts. The developer's stated delivery is 2026, and its mid-2026 sales notices say keys are being handed over, so buyers should confirm the occupancy permit status for any unit.

Location and Transport
Cendere Caddesi follows the Cendere valley (vadi in Turkish) between Kağıthane, Levent and Maslak. The same road leads to the Vadistanbul mixed-use development, and the Maslak and Levent business districts are close by. The project is near the TEM motorway, which connects with the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and the rest of the city's motorway network.
Kağıthane is served by the M7 metro line and by the M11 line from Gayrettepe to Istanbul Airport, which meet at Kağıthane station. The M11 gives a rail link to the airport in one direction and to Gayrettepe and the M2 line in the other.
Homes and Amenities
The building offers a compact mix of homes, from one-bedroom 1+1 apartments to 3+1 family flats. The developer gives a size range of 44 m² to 133 m²; press coverage of the sales campaign quotes 52 m² to 175 m², depending on whether net or gross areas are used.
According to the project's sales material, residents have a closed car park, 24-hour security and an intercom system, along with an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a sauna, children's play areas and meeting rooms.
Buying at Vadi Premium
Buyers are mainly young professionals and families who want a new flat close to Maslak and Levent, and investors looking for a rental unit in a new building. Apartments for sale may come either from the developer's remaining stock or from owners reselling after delivery.
