A 30-Floor Office Tower in Bomonti, Şişli

iTower Bomonti is a completed office tower in Bomonti, in the Merkez neighbourhood of Şişli, Istanbul. It was developed by Feryapı in partnership with Sinpaş GYO, with Feryapı responsible for development and marketing, and designed by TAGO Mimarlık. Unlike the apartments in Bomonti's residential projects, the units here are offices and shops, so this page is written for companies, professionals and investors.

According to Feryapı, the tower rises 30 floors with a construction area of 41,242 m². It contains 213 units: 206 offices and 7 commercial units. The ARKIV architecture archive records construction from 2011 to 2013, and Sinpaş GYO valuation reports show offices in use by the end of 2014.

Location and Transport

Bomonti takes its name from the historic Bomonti beer factory, now the Bomontiada arts and leisure venue, and has changed from an industrial area into a district of residential towers, hotels and offices, including the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti. The tower's address is on Çiftecevizler Dereyolu Caddesi.

The M2 metro line stops at Osmanbey and Şişli-Mecidiyeköy, and Mecidiyeköy also has the metrobus on the D-100 highway and the M7 metro line. Nişantaşı, the Cevahir shopping centre and the Büyükdere Caddesi business axis towards Zincirlikuyu, Levent and Maslak are all within easy reach, which makes the building practical for firms that deal with clients across central Istanbul.
